JREAMS ENTERPRISE RENTAL RULES AGREEMENT
Please read and agree to the following rules before renting any bounce house or party equipment.
By placing a reservation with Jreams Enterprise, you agree to the terms listed below:
✅ SAFETY FIRST

• Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.
   

• No rough play, flips, wrestling, or climbing on walls or netting.
   

• Do not exceed weight limits or capacity recommendations.
   

• Keep children of similar ages and sizes in the bounce house at the same time.
   

✅ CLEAN & RESPECTFUL USE

• No food, drinks, candy, gum, confetti, or silly string inside the inflatables.
   

• No shoes, sharp objects, jewelry, or pets allowed inside the bounce house.
   

• Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited near all rental items.
   

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
   

✅ WEATHER CONDITIONS

• Inflatables must NOT be used during rain, high winds, or thunderstorms.
   

• In case of severe weather, unplug and deflate the unit immediately.
   

• We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions.
   

✅ DELIVERY & PICKUP

• Please ensure the area is clear of debris, animal waste, and obstacles before setup.
   

• We require a flat, clean space with access to power and water.
   

• A 30-minute travel time is included in rental window; please be present at drop-off.
   

• Items must be ready and accessible for pickup at scheduled time.
   

✅ LIABILITY & DAMAGES

• Renter is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning needed due to misuse.
   

• Jreams Enterprise is not liable for injuries due to improper supervision or use.
   

• Payment confirms your reservation and agreement to these terms.
