JREAMS ENTERPRISE – TERMS & AGREEMENT
By placing a reservation with Jreams Enterprise, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

• A $50 deposit is required to secure your rental reservation.
   

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   

• The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or upon arrival, before setup begins.
   

• Payment confirms agreement to these terms and all listed rental rules.
   

RESCHEDULING POLICY

• If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must submit a new reschedule request at least 1 week prior to your original event date.
   

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until confirmed by Jreams Enterprise.
   

• Deposits may be transferred to the new date if reschedule policy is followed properly.
   

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional fees.
   

• Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions (as determined by Jreams Enterprise) may be eligible for rescheduling or partial credit at our discretion.
   

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• The customer agrees to provide a clean, level space for equipment setup, with access to power and water, if needed.
   

• The customer accepts full responsibility for the care and proper use of rental items and will be held liable for damages, loss, or excessive cleaning due to misuse or neglect.
   

SAFETY & SUPERVISION

• Adult supervision is required at all times during use of bounce houses or other party equipment.
   

• Jreams Enterprise is not liable for any injuries due to improper use or lack of supervision.
